An eight-page report examining how generative AI is rewriting the rules of demand, spend and speed for marketing and product teams. Rather than a dashboard or a slide deck, it's built as a self-contained print-editorial system — a contents architecture, running heads, sectional numbering and a two-colour palette carry the reader across six chapters of illustrative market data, from executive summary through to a closing playbook.
Market intelligence reports tend to fail in one of two directions: dense PDFs nobody finishes, or infographic sprawl that flattens every finding to the same visual weight. The brief was to make quantitative content feel like something a busy marketing lead would actually read cover to cover — and could also scan in thirty seconds without losing the argument.
We treated it as a digital product rather than a PDF report. A serif display voice with italic emphasis sets a narrative register; a monospaced label system tags every figure with its source and caveat, so illustrative data is never mistaken for a claim. A single orange accent is reserved exclusively for the one number that matters on each spread — everything else stays black on cream. Charts were reduced to minimum ink so the eye lands on the delta, not the decoration. Section markers, running heads and page counters give the reader a constant sense of position in the document.
